9:38 pm	F&$#*ing Indian food I hardly ate anything all day. Then Madeleine, Mitchell, and I went and got Indian food at Maharaja with Madeleine's friend from work, Eveling. The Indian food was really delicious...and filling. We packed up four to-go boxes with leftover stuff, three for Madeleine and one for Eveling. Well, I guess I should explain that Mitchell and I donated our food to Madeleine because she loves Indian food and we don't like leftovers. For some inexplicable reason, I ended up holding three of the boxes while Madeleine drove home. These were the tiniest styrofoam boxes ever and seemingly stuffed to their gills with spicy Indian food. They immediately began to leak sauce on my hands. Despite being fairly disgusted, I remained calm and simply licked the sauce from my fingers. However, I had three boxes to look after and it became too much for me. Sauce ended up on both my hands and my jeans. (Look, it's really hard to keep the contents of three crappy, styrofoam boxes inside those boxes in a moving car.) Then an eyelash somehow attached itself to the underside of my contact lens. Tears began pouring down my face, followed almost immediately by snot. I could do very little about it but shout in frustration since both of my hands had spicy goo on them. I couldn't imagine my eyes watering more, but I'm sure they could have if I had started dabbing at them with Indian-sauced fingers. I settled instead for looking pitifully at Madeleine and hoping the streetlights we were passing effectively highlighted my misery. Current Mood: okay (1 Comment |Comment on this)

10:05 pm	Case in point See, I haven't written for like 28 days. I'm terrible at journaling. Is whining about being terrible worse than actually being terrible at something? I'm only continuing this journal at Madeleine's insistence. Madeleine, with whom I am watching the TV version of Ever After and commenting on the giant codpiece Prince Henry wears. Oh and guess what? The Family Channel premiere of "From Justin to Kelly" is coming on soon! Hoorah. The preview was awesome with Kelly tearfully accusing Justin, "You were coming on to her!" I can't wait. 10:18 pm	The first one Oh man, I hate starting journals. I'm no good at it. In fact, I'm no good at keeping up with them either. In my short lifetime I have left a veritable trail of poorly-started, never-finished journals. If I could follow them like Hansel and Gretel followed their bread crumbs I've no doubt I'd find myself somewhere really cool. Maybe the place of my origin or something. Or probably just the place where I started my first journal, wherever that was. (Comment on this)
